For this poster, I wanted the design to reflect the spirit of ITP as a space where technology, play, and creativity meet. The 8-bit typography is a direct nod to early digital aesthetics, which ties into ITP’s experimental approach to interactive media and its culture of building with both old and new tools. The grid background was intentional as well. It creates a sense of depth and structure, like stepping into a virtual space or digital environment. It also mirrors the way ITP projects often start with a framework or system that’s then pushed, bent, and reimagined. The overall composition aims to balance nostalgia with forward-thinking energy, which captures the feeling of the Winter Show itself.
