I chose this color palette because it feels soft but structured. The mix of muted blues, greys, and black creates a calm and balanced tone that doesn’t overwhelm the eye. It gave me enough contrast to work with while still feeling quiet and open.
Using this palette, I created different compositions in p5. One focused on rings, another on intersecting lines and a “scribble notebook feel”. The rings felt rhythmic, like they were floating in space and interacting without touching. The lines felt more chaotic and directional, like energy moving through a system. Together, they started to suggest ideas about connection, movement, and fragility. I like how the shapes stay simple, but the relationships between them make the meaning more layered.
