Jet Cola
Jet Cola is an arcade game played by shaking a custom made cola bottle. The more you shake, the higher your soda bottle will get.
BARC
BARC is a multiplayer arcade shooter game where players must scan barcodes in both the virtual and physical world to complete different objectives. Players take on the role of a warehouse employee equipped with a magical barcode scanner. Besides stocking delivery drones, they will need to wield the scanner to repair broken equipment and defeat hostile enemies. Game tasks are delivered to the player via a receipt printer in the real world, and players must manage the onslaught of virtual agents and torrent of physical receipts to complete their shift.
Midterm Idea
For my midterm, I’d like to see if it’s possible using one’s voice to control certain paremeters of a game. Maybe building a custom mic and allowing the user to control the character based on how loud they say something is an idea I have, essentially controlling input with voice and sound. I enjoy the idea also of having to use an alternative controller like the coke bottle for example, just something super unique the player has to control.
